Have seen more signs of game on this property than most others visited in the past month because it is remote, and surrounded by huge tracts of undeveloped land. It is naturally regenerating hardwoods and mixed pines with a few skidder trails that are walkable. This is the type of place to book for a weekend, thoroughly explore, and find the best places to setup. There are hunt clubs all around, so setting up and waiting during general firearms season is likely a good strategy for using this property. Very affordably priced.! There is an 11-12 minute walk in from the gate.

While there is road access, there are huge holes with deep ruts and mud that will swallow 4wd vehicles. No driving in even if gate is left open by others accessing other properties. A cart or pack will be useful for extracting deer back to your vehicle.
Leave gate in the state observed upon arrival. Most of all, respect the property.
